This includes eating after 6 o’clock at night. You can steam, boil, or cook in a slow cooker. However, you should not use any oil. To make your dishes more juicy, you should steam or bake them in foil or a sleeve.

Brooklyn Egg Diet: first week

  • Monday
    Breakfast : 1 grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs(hard-boiled or softer-boiled), coffee or tea.
    Lunch : 2 eggs, grapefruit and two eggs
    Dinner : 2 eggs with a salad of greens and vegetables, a piece of toast, grapefruit, and coffee.

Tuesday
Breakfast : 1 grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs(hard boiled or soft boiled), coffee or tea.
Lunch : 2 eggs with tomatoes, coffee and tomatos
Dinner : steak, tomatoes and cucumbers.

  • Wednesday
    Breakfast : 1 grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs(hard-boiled or softer-boiled), coffee or tea.
    Lunch : 2 eggs with spinach, coffee and two eggs.
    Dinner : 2 lamb chops with celery, tomatoes, cucumber and cucumbers.

Thursday
Breakfast : 1 grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs(hard-boiled or softer-boiled), coffee or tea.
Lunch : 2 eggs with spinach, coffee and two eggs.
Dinner : 2 eggs with cottage cheese and a piece of toast bread dried.

    Breakfast : 1 grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs(hard boiled or soft boiled), coffee or tea.
    Lunch : 2 eggs with spinach, coffee and two eggs.
    Dinner : fish of choice, salad of vegetables, grapefruit, and a slice toasted bread.

Saturday
Breakfast : 1 grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs(hard-boiled or softer-boiled), coffee or tea.
Lunch : Fruit salad unlimited (as many as you want).
Dinner : steak, celery and cucumber with tomatoes.

    Breakfast : 1 grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs(hard boiled or soft boiled), coffee or tea.
    Lunch : Chicken, tomatoes, carrots and cabbage with grapefruit.
    Dinner: cold chicken, tomatoes, grapefruit.

Dinner : Orange, salad and 2 boiled eggs.

    Lunch : 2 boiled eggs and stewed vegetables
    Dinner : salad with grilled fish.

Wednesday
Breakfast : 2 boiled eggs and your favorite citrus.
Lunch : salad with a chicken piece.
Dinner : Orange, salad with vegetables and 2 boiled eggs.

  • Thursday
    Breakfast : 2 boiled eggs and your favorite citrus fruits.
    Lunch : 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of low fat cheese and stewed vegetables.
    Dinner : chicken and salad.

Friday
Breakfast : 2 boiled eggs and your favorite citrus.
Lunch : Salad with grilled salmon or your favorite fish.
Dinner : Two boiled eggs with salad.

  • Saturday
    Breakfast : 2 boiled eggs and your favorite citrus.
    Lunch : salad with some chicken.
    Dinner : Your favorite fruit

Sunday
Breakfast : 2 boiled eggs and your favorite citrus.
Lunch : vegetables steamed with chicken.
